Graduated from the prestigious École Centrale Paris with a Master’s in Corporate Finance, Hamza EL ABBOUBI began his career in investment banking, successfully leading several mergers and acquisitions as well as fundraising operations across various sectors, including healthcare, tech, real estate, and energy. Building on this experience, he transitioned into a role in strategy and investments, overseeing growth and international expansion projects for a leading group. He managed financial analysis, strategic oversight, and the structuring of high-value operations. He then took charge of the M&A and Strategy division of an international group, driving an ambitious acquisition strategy on a global scale. His expertise spans corporate finance, strategic deal negotiation, investment structuring, and large-scale project management. He joins ALH Holding as Development and Strategy Manager, where he will support the group's growth and the implementation of its development strategy by overseeing investments and driving its expansion.
